If anyone knows of a program preffibly free that can do this I'd appreciate it. If worse comes to worse I can rip the vidio as either an mpg or avi file and then convert that.

Some people swear by DVD Decrypter. I don't, but you might give it a try.

I've used a program called DVD Audio Ripper. It separates the chapters of the dvd into mp3 format. I got mine off of bearshare, so I don't know the price. For me, it was pretty low cost.

Try DVD shrink. I don't know if it will burn VCD's, but give it a try.
I forgot the website for the program. I think it is pretty accessible with JAWS.

Wow, I downloaded dvd audio extractor and so far it is great! So accessible and easy to use!

I tried dvd audio ripper, but wasn't as impressed.
